of an existing motel to a fifty-two unit apartment building.
The site is currently legally described as Part Lot 140, Plan 223 PT BLK B, 59R7469 PT 01 and
municipally referred as 8004 Lundy’s Lane. The site is located on the south side of Lundy’s Lane,
east of Kalar Road and west of Montrose Road in the City of Niagara Falls.
The property is currently an underutilized motel that fronts on Lundy’s Lane and contains two
buildings on site (one main administrative building and a U-shaped motel). The property has a
frontage of approximately 69.4 m, depth of 76 m and an overall area of 5,610 m2
