this Planning Justification Brief in support of an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to
support the creation of two new building lots to be created through the consent process.

west side of Bernard Avenue, north of Dominion Road and south of Nigh Road in the Town of

The property is currently a vacant agricultural site that fronts on Bernard Avenue. The property
has a frontage of approximately 400.2 m, depth of 196 m and an overall area of ± 77,100 m2
